Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a young, dynamic energy midstream services company that is now well positioned for success following the completion of major restructuring initiatives.
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will be a key contributor to the organization’s overall strategy and success and is accountable for the financial leadership and well-being of the business. Collaborating with the CEO and the leadership team, the CFO will develop a growth strategy that optimizes capital structure, debt and equity financing, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and prioritizing outcomes that generate economic value for investors, employees, and the leadership team. Additionally, the CFO will establish and maintain overall accounting & tax policies and controls.
The position will work closely with the CEO to drive the profitable performance of the business. As CFO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the finance activities (including accounting, financial planning and analysis and investor relations).
