Collaborating with the CEO and the leadership team, the CFO will develop a growth strategy that optimizes capital structure, debt and equity financing, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and prioritizing outcomes that generate economic value for investors, employees, and the leadership team. Additionally, the CFO will establish and maintain overall accounting & tax policies and controls.The position will work closely with the CEO to drive the profitable performance of the business. As CFO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the finance activities (including accounting, financial planning and analysis and investor relations).This is an exciting time to join the organization and participate in its operational growth and financial success.
