About Us We are a growing residential property management company overseeing a diverse portfolio of multi-residential buildings. We are committed to strong financial controls, tenant accountability, and exceptional customer service. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to manage full-cycle AR functions for our residential properties. This role is responsible for rent collection tracking, tenant ledgers, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities Post and reconcile daily rent payments and tenant chargesMonitor arrears and follow up on overdue tenant accountsPrepare weekly and monthly AR reportsWork closely with Property Management and Legal teams on collectionsProcess NSF payments, chargebacks, and payment plansMaintain accurate tenant ledgers in property management softwarePrepare LTB balances, statements, and legal documentation as requiredRespond to tenant billing inquiries in a professional mannerAssist with month-end closing and financial reporting Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience (property management preferred)Experience in residential or real estate accounting is a strong assetProficiency in Yardi, Property Vista, or similar property management softwareStrong understanding of tenant billing, rent collection, and arrears processesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage sensitive tenant information with confidentialityExcellent communication and follow-up skills What We Offer Competitive compensationStable, long-term employmentSupportive and professional team environmentGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding companyBenefits package after probation period Employment Type: Full-Time | In-Office | North York Cogir is committed to ensuring that all employment practices are inclusive.
