(MWISI) is currently seeking an Insurance Support Coordinator to join the Operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of the team's daily processes.The Operations team functions as the MGA "Back Office" for MWISI and third-party Independent Advisors. It acts as the central channel for advisors to submit their New Business and In-Force Insurance business and 12 other insurance carriers. This position has a significant impact on advisor retention, sales, and the overall business growth facilitated through MWISI.ResponsibilitiesSort and prioritize all incoming correspondenceTriage all new applications receivedHandle insurance carrier feed rejects promptlyGenerate reportsCreate shells in WealthServCommunicate effectively to management and elevate issues where appropriateIdentify gaps and risks in documentation and, where necessary, create and update documentation.Provide timely and appropriate feedback to LeaderCandidate Requirements / Must Have Skills0-2 years' experience in a similar roleProficiency with Excel and OutlookSoft SkillsExceptional accuracy and attention to detailExcellent research and problem resolution skills with the ability to multitaskStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood organization and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are metHigh level of customer serviceStrong organizational, prioritization, time management, customer service, and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to be flexible in adjusting prioritiesEducationBachelor's degree is a nice-to-have.
