Professional and Industrial Recruiter / Customer Account Manager (Bilingual) We are seeking a highly motivated and organized bilingual Customer Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Purpose This position supports a major aircraft engine manufacturer by managing customer account operations and ensuring seamless coordination between fleet operations and maintenance contracts. Scope The role serves as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment with fleet operational goals, coordinating engine maintenance schedules, and addressing challenges related to spare parts, leasing, and strategic fleet positioning. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for customers and support airline fleet operations. Manage contract performance, ensuring alignment with fleet operational goals. Coordinate engine maintenance schedules and ensure timely delivery of services. Address challenges related to spare parts, leasing, and strategic fleet positioning. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure operational continuity. Support customer-facing initiatives and contribute to project delivery. Maintain credibility with engineering teams through technical understanding and documentation review. Act as the strategic interface between fleet operations and maintenance contractors. Contribute to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor or Master’s Degree. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation, aerospace, or fleet management. Technical background with exposure to MRO environments, including shop visits. Strong understanding of engine cost estimation and financial decision‑making. Proven ability to manage cross‑border operations and collaborate with global teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing customer accounts and contract terms in a technical environment. Fully bilingual in French and English.
