Legrand (a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures) is looking for a Jr. Sales Coordinator to join the Power‑Busway Team in Mississauga, ON. The role supports the sales team, coordinates sales activities, and ensures effective communication between internal departments, customers, and sales representatives. Key Responsibilities Assist the Sales Coordinator with day‑to‑day operations, including order processing, customer inquiries, and sales documentation. Manage and maintain sales databases, CRM systems, and other sales‑related tools to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date information. Process sales orders, review order details for accuracy, and coordinate with internal departments for order fulfillment. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information and addressing concerns timely and professionally. Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to sales management on performance, trends, and improvement opportunities. Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and quotations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission to customers. Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, including contracts, agreements, correspondence, and customer records. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to gather information, coordinate initiatives, and support marketing campaigns, promotions, or events. Assist in collecting and analyzing data to support sales forecasting and planning. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders to foster effective communication. Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members, guiding them on processes, tools, and systems. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes; propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with customers, sales reps, and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales databases preferred. Detail‑oriented with focus on accuracy and quality of work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with sales processes and basic sales techniques advantageous. Knowledge of the industry or products/services offered by Legrand is a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Fluency in English required.
