Channels You Could Be Working On Abacus YouTubeBackdrop Instagram About the Role We’re building culture‑driven content — and we’re looking for a YouTube & Social Channel Manager to lead the way. If you know how to manage a YouTube channel like a pro, from optimizing video SEO to creating eye‑catching thumbnails and understanding the best times to upload, you’ll be our go‑to expert. You’ll not only guide the growth of our YouTube presence, but also oversee how we expand content across other social channels. We want someone who understands the rhythm of the social media universe and can turn that knowledge into actionable growth strategies. If you live in analytics, obsess over retention rates, and love turning data into explosive channel growth — this role is built for you. What You’ll Do Own the YouTube strategy across multiple brands and content types Optimize titles, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata for maximum reach Drive growth across TikTok, Reels, and other short‑form formats Collaborate with content creators, editors, and strategists to bring the vision to life You will own channel analytics dashboards, report weekly, and define growth KPIs Keep your finger on the pulse of algorithm updates and platform best practices What You Bring Proven experience managing and growing successful YouTube channels An understanding of the difference between “views” and actual performance A sharp eye for title, thumbnail, and content packaging Strong knowledge of Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels A balance of left‑brain analytics and right‑brain creativity The Perks Competitive Compensation + Health Benefits: Competitive salary with solid earning potential, complemented by annual raises, profit sharing, and opportunities for commission, equity and options.
