Video Producer, Youtube-tv/film

BBTV is seeking a goal-oriented, creative Video Producer with experience in the production of digital video content from planning and execution to post production and publishing. In this role you will drive the growth of YouTube channels dedicated to entertainment properties pertaining to film, television.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Audience Development, you will be watching and clipping segments to be optimized into long and short form clips and compilations, delivering high-quality engaging video content on a daily and weekly basis to our audiences on YouTube and other social platforms.

You are knowledgeable of trending topics and should excel at generating ideas, scripting videos, compiling footage and choosing imagery to create engaging videos.

Our Content Management team works with some of the largest media companies and sports leagues in the world including household names like the NBA, Sony, Paramount, Fremantle Media, and other notable entertainment enterprise to help them manage and grow their audiences through both fan uploaded content and their official channels, on video platforms such as YouTube.

**Responsibilities**Write, produce and edit videos that re-imagine content from popular entertainment franchises (films, TV series, sports highlights, etc ) into short clips and creative compilations that are optimized for YouTube- Serve as the “voice” of a channel, contributing to all creative stages — including programming and curating clip-content, original-video conceptualization and production, writing titles & thumbnails, and community engagement- Create social “cut downs” for other video platforms (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)- Research and identify content, trends and events that are relevant to audiences and program related content to maximize viewership- Ensure the successful delivery of video projects in collaboration with other producers and editors to be programmed and published on assigned channels- Implement feedback from team lead in a timely manner- Keep projects and working media organized and maintain accurate and detailed records of daily production- Suggest formatting for titles, video thumbnails and other graphics as needed- Assist with gathering analytical research on videos
- Additional duties as assigned by the team as required

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in the video, media, or entertainment industry.- In-depth knowledge of video production processes and activities and ability to effectively collaborate with members of a production team.- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal presentation, writing and delivery.- Exceptional organization and time management skills with a proven ability to deliver multiple production projects from start to finish- A passion for film and television and/or sports, along with a deep understanding of digital marketing within the entertainment community will be considered a strong asset.- Strong knowledge and passion for pop culture and trends in the YouTube, Social Media space.- Effective and creative problem solving skills and a proven track record of proactively improving processes.- YouTube certification in Audience Growth, Copyright or Content Strategy will be considered a strong asset.
