We are a well-established and expanding domiciliary care company providing home carers to clients, helping them to continue living safely and independently in their homes. Applicants must have held a Care Coordinator position in a domiciliary care company or agency for at least one year and be able to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will show a high level of commitment and flexibility, able to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team. Accept care packages and assign care workers appropriately. Produce care worker rotas and ensure care plans and files are complete. Monitor attendance and timeliness using electronic monitoring software. Arrange care reviews and risk assessments with the Field Supervisor. Conduct telephone monitoring and service user visits to ensure quality. Liaise with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders. Support the HR Team in recruiting care workers. Manage care workers and conduct supervision sessions. Represent the company during meetings with officials and commissioners. Attend training events to maintain knowledge of industry best practice. Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and maintain the highest standards of care. Self‑motivated, proactive, and highly responsible. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem‑solving ability and creative thinking. Impeccable attention to detail and sound judgement. Reliable, trustworthy, and demonstrates high integrity. Team player with initiative and drive to learn and succeed. Flexible and adaptable approach to work. Experience & Skills (Required) At least one year’s experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care agency. Level 2 Diploma for Health and Social Care (QCF).
