Job OverviewJoin Kyndred Community Living Society as a Program Coordinator II / Community Support Worker at our 64th Day Program site in Delta. This permanent full-time position is a dual role job: 21-hours (3 days) per week as a Program Coordinator II and 14-hours (2 days) per week as a Community Support Worker.Being a Kyndred Community Living Society team member means becoming part of something bigger. It means partnering with people with developmental disabilities to help them reach their full potential by living and belonging in the community.Responsibilities and DetailsThis position requires union membership and offers:Competitive compensation: Program Coordinator II ($33.77 per hour) and Community Support Worker ($25.95 per hour)Benefits including Extended Health and Dental and participation in the Municipal Pension PlanRequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and experience to excel in this dual role.
