Retail Print & Services Supervisor Staples Canada Job Overview As a Print & Services Supervisor at Staples, you will lead a team to provide exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain operational excellence. Your passion for the business will shine through as you guide your team in assisting customers with solutions, products, and services, while also building lasting relationships for future business. Responsibilities Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and uphold store standards. Act as keyholder and leader on duty, supporting programs and training throughout the store. Model and coach the selling model within the store by engaging customers and motivating associates to do the same, focusing on a high-performance, results, and a customer-first mindset. Supervise and perform all aspects of production and customer-facing interactions within the print and customer service areas. Execute, communicate, and ensure understanding of flyer and promotional items, maximizing sales while assisting customers. Lead all store areas, including cash and print, to achieve goals and targets, cultivating a selling culture with associates. Manage operational excellence and maintain store brand standards in print. Dedicate time for self-development and enable others to do the same by conducting training of associates and inspiring continuous learning. Qualifications 3+ years of customer service experience in retail, with supervisory and coaching experience preferred. 1–2 years of experience in a print/graphic communications environment with working knowledge of graphic design principles. Technical acumen to operate computer and printing equipment. Strong prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
