Responsibilities Research and Analysis Analyze available data to support business needs. Clarify data transformations required to produce desired metrics. Requirements and Documentation Document business requirements, including recommendations for report design and functionality. Monitor the transition of business requirements into technical specifications. Testing and Support Design, direct, and occasionally execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support business users on data warehouse issues, analyzing and resolving them in a timely manner. Ad Hoc Reporting Respond accurately and promptly to ad hoc data inquiries and analyses. Tableau Rollout and Continuous Improvement Support the rollout of Tableau and other business analytics initiatives. Collaborate with business teams to enhance data and analytics capabilities across the organization. Requirements Education A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as applied mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, or statistics. Experience 2-5 years of experience in: Data warehousing, data mining, and analysis. Relational database management systems and reporting. Eliciting and interpreting user requirements. Technical Skills Advanced knowledge and experience with: MS Excel. SQL. Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau). Proficiency in working with operational and financial data, creating and modifying tables and forms, and developing programming logic for metrics and reports.
