We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our team.

**WHAT DOES A DATA ANALYST DO?**

The Data Analyst reviews, visualize and analyzes the performance of various procedures of the current data analysis and reporting and makes recommendations for improvements.

You will focus on process improvement initiatives which include data integration and consolidation from multiple sources, automation of current manual process, integrating report process with company ERP, best practice of data analysis and reporting. You’ll identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve data processing, reporting accuracy and quality.

The role will perform current state assessments, identify and define areas for improvement, lead project implementation, and perform ongoing audits of the initiatives.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Analyzing, mapping, and improving current processes for data collection and analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT to support the design, configuration, implementation, customization, integration and maintenance of marketing data, business results and dashboard to support overall business objectives.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the process improvement.
- Develop, document, and standardize Marketing reporting processes and presentations.
- Other related tasks as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BS Degree in Business Administration, or related area.
- MBA or MIS experience preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience.
- Demonstrated creation / use of Data Flow Diagraming.
- Must be a Big Picture Thinker.
- Possess strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of rational database architecture.
- Strong written and oral skills.
- Advanced in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Access, and PowerPoint skills.
