The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in crafting and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives. A comprehensive understanding of contemporary IT trends, products, and services is essential. Previous experience in selling professional services and managed solutions is highly advantageous and aligns with the client's strategic focus.The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a relentless drive to succeed. Collaboration with the technical pre-sales team is crucial for identifying and capitalizing on new leads, while independently cultivating new business relationships.In return, the client offers competitive remuneration, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work alongside a motivated team. They value diligence, dedication, and a results-driven mindset, and they are seeking an individual who shares these values.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive towards achieving assigned sales quotas, including Gross Profit, Professional Services, and Monthly Recurring RevenueDevelop and execute sales strategies to engage potential clients and facilitate the sale of IT products and servicesDeliver product demonstrations and present proposals to prospective clientsNegotiate pricing and contract terms with clientsCultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat businessCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure customer satisfactionMonitor and report on sales performance to managementTo excel in this role, candidates must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. A deep understanding of IT products and services, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to clients, is essential.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of outbound prospecting experience in the IT industryProven track record of selling IT solutions, managed services, or professional servicesProficiency in using Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting toolsBachelors degree from an accredited college or universitySkills and CompetenciesExperience in IT solution selling across various domains, including but not limited toNetwork Infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet - Must have familiarity)Microsoft Azure (Must have familiarity)Server Solutions (e.g., HPE, Dell, Lenovo, IBM)Storage Solutions (e.g., IBM, Dell/EMC, NetApp, HPE)Security SoftwareVirtualization SolutionsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent Hybrid work model (2/3 days a week in office)Salary: Starting from $85,000 - $90,000 per annumLanguage Requirement: French proficiency not mandatorySchedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
