Join to apply for the P/T Customer Service Representative role at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.This job is located in Etobicoke, Ontario, and is offered by Wheeler Moving Inc.Job DescriptionThe customer service representative (CSR) is responsible for growing sales by partnering with other franchise staff to provide outstanding customer service to all TWO MEN AND A TRUCK customers through in-depth knowledge of company products and services.Job ResponsibilitiesActs as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish rapport and build confidence in TWO MEN AND A TRUCK services.Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations.Inputs information accurately into “Movers Who Care” software to estimate costs and schedule moving services.Makes recommendations based on customer needs for moving services, supplies, and other value-added services; may suggest alternatives based on cost or availability.Educates customers on terminology, policies, procedures, and delays to enhance satisfaction and profitability.Ensures compliance with legal requirements when scheduling services and staff.Maintains thorough knowledge of all products, services, and promotions to communicate value and handle objections.Prepares move-related paperwork daily.Follows up with customers during and after moves to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.Handles dissatisfied customers professionally and provides feedback to management.Prepares proposals, letters, and miscellaneous correspondence as needed.Maintains a clean and professional display area.Performs other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or higher preferred.6 months to 1 year of customer service or office experience required; industry experience preferred.Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills.Good grammar, diction, and organizational skills.Ability to analyze problems and pay attention to detail.Confidence in initiating contact and asking for sales.Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills.This position is for a franchise located in Etobicoke, Ontario, operated by Wheeler Moving Inc.Additional DetailsEmployment type: Full-timeIndustry: Truck TransportationSeniority level: Not ApplicableSalary: CA$45,000.00-CA$50,000.00Note: This job posting is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
