What & Why: Our client is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to lead full-cycle testing across complex, multi-layered product environments. You’ll work hands‑on with test planning, automation, system validation, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure high‑quality releases for products that combine hardware, embedded firmware, and software applications. In this role, you’ll design and execute test cases, develop and maintain automated test scripts, and contribute to ongoing improvements in test frameworks and quality practices. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys solving problems across multiple technology layers and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Their engineering teams work closely across hardware, firmware, and software disciplines to build robust solutions that prioritize performance, safety, and user experience. You: You’ll bring the following experience and capabilities: 5+ years of software testing experience within a product development environment. Proven experience with test planning, test case creation, and automation testing. Proficiency with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG, and programming experience in Python, Java, or C#. Experience testing across hardware, firmware, and application layers. Strong knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments. Compensation: This role pays between $75,000–$85,000 per year.
