Role Overview As a Business Development Manager at Securitas Canada, you’ll drive growth by identifying new on‑site guarding opportunities and building strong client relationships across diverse markets. This role requires a proactive, customer‑focused professional who thrives on prospecting and delivering tailored security solutions. Key Responsibilities Generate new business for protective services and integrated solutions. Prospect and qualify organizations needing security programs. Collaborate with operations to design coverage and procedures. Prepare proposals, pricing, and respond to RFPs. Maintain CRM data and market intelligence. Ensure solutions meet client needs and company standards. Qualifications Degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in service industries. Strong communication, presentation, and time‑management skills. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and lead generation. Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently. Travel Flexible within region as required. Base Salary Starting at $80,000 CAD per annum, commensurate with experience.
