Product Manager - Design and Monitoring Platform Join to apply for the Product Manager - Design and Monitoring Platform role at Jetson About Jetson Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100M homes across North America away from burning fossil fuels to sustainable energy use. Here at Jetson, we believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better. Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps, however, adoption lags due to high cost and friction in the retrofit process today. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no‑brainer for homeowners to transition. Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company, making it simple, transparent and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump. The Opportunity We seek an exceptional Product Leader to spearhead the evolution of Jetson's core technology platform. This pivotal role offers the unique mandate to pioneer the most accurate remote design software in the home electrification industry. You will achieve this by strategically unifying diverse data streams: publicly available information, utility data, and real‑time telemetry from our devices. You will also drive the advanced development of our proactive monitoring platform, ensuring maximum system efficiency and enabling predictive maintenance to resolve issues before they ever impact the customer. What You Will Do Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our design and monitoring platform, explicitly leveraging AI/ML capabilities for predictive and optimization features. Identify, prioritize, and drive the integration of cutting‑edge AI and machine learning models into the platform, focusing on enhancing remote design accuracy and predictive maintenance capabilities. Gather, document, and manage requirements for each platform, including the necessary data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI‑driven features. Collaborate with other product teams and the business to create services for the customer, installation and service experiences. Serve as the product expert, understanding market trends, competitor offerings, and cutting‑edge concepts in AI‑driven design, monitoring, and home electrification technology. Define key metrics and utilize data to inform decisions, track product performance, and derive insights for improvements, with a strong focus on the performance and impact of AI/ML models. What You Bring Deep understanding of heating and cooling load design, and how AI/ML models can enhance accuracy and efficiency in this domain. Strong acumen in managing diverse data sources, defining data pipelines, and leveraging AI/ML insights for critical product decisions. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to translate complex needs of the business into simple software solutions. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product concepts and agentic workflows that leverage AI/ML for predictive, prescriptive, and optimization features.
