The Opportunity We are searching for an Onboarding Coordinator (Volunteer) who will handle the following responsibilities by dedicating 5 - 10 hours weekly of volunteer time. Work collaboratively with the Recruiters and Committee Leads to coordinate and support the onboarding of new volunteers. Ensure new volunteers have timely access to all required systems, tools, and onboarding materials. Coordinate the distribution, completion, and tracking of all required onboarding documentation. Conduct follow-ups with new volunteers to support training completion, answer questions, and encourage early engagement. Collaborate with Learning & Development to enhance training integration. Perform additional onboarding or administrative duties as required to support program needs. Qualifications Interest in supporting community, social, or charitable initiatives. Onboarding or training experience preferred. Education in Human Resources or related fields is an asset. Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. Passion for volunteer engagement, inclusion, and mission-driven work.
