As part of Athletics & Recreation (A&R), this role provides strategic and operational leadership for student‑athlete services, compliance, and sport club administration. Base pay range CA$103,256.00 per year. Responsibilities Lead integrated, student‑centred programs that promote academic success, personal development, and regulatory compliance for varsity athletes and sport club participants. Collaborate with campus partners to support the formation, governance, and oversight of student‑led sport clubs affiliated with A&R. Work closely with the Associate Director of High Performance Sport Programs, Manager of Sports Medicine, coaches, volunteer club coaches, and campus units such as the Registrar’s Office, academic advising, and student services. Provide holistic support for student‑athletes from recruitment and onboarding to academic progression and graduation. Oversee a team of student‑athlete services professionals and ensure effective program delivery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (verification of degree required). 5+ years of related experience in student services, sport administration, or compliance. 3+ years of management experience. Experience administering budgets and managing schedules. Experience leading unionized employees in a post‑secondary environment.
