**About Us**:
At **Once More Luxury Boutique**, we specialize in high-end pre-owned fashion, offering curated collections from brands like Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and more. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and style while promoting sustainable luxury.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver a personalized, high-end shopping experience to our clientele
- Support visual merchandising and in-store presentation
- Stay up to date with luxury brand knowledge and product authenticity
- Responsible for a unique and incredible client experience **every time**. Every client is greeted & receives personalized attention.
- Achieve personal sales and outreach targets while supporting the goals of the team
- Build and foster lasting relationships with customers by providing a personalized client experience, including client outreach regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, etc
- Liaise with suppliers and schedule selling appointments
- Brings & develops a client book

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of retail sales experience (luxury or fashion preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A polished, professional presence and a love for designer fashion
- Ability to work independently and handle high-value transactions
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, positive and team-oriented
- Knowledgeable and passionate about luxury fashion, brands and trends
- Proven ability to achieve sales objectives while delivering professional and honest service
- Great at developing relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Can quickly learn new procedures and processes
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Second language an asset
