Overview This position starts as part time and will turn into full time once your caseload fills up. We are currently looking for a physiotherapist with a keen interest in Orthopedics to join our ever‑growing clinic in the fastest growing suburb of Ottawa. We have a team‑based model that supports physiotherapists, RMTs, and dietitians. You will have a private office to discuss cases with the team and to complete paperwork on an online platform. Our clinic has been in the community for over 17 years and is located within a plaza that includes a major fitness gym, a Tim Hortons, and a large Farm Boy. Benefits Highly paid position with a base guaranteed salary and monthly performance bonuses that can add up to $30,000 a year. Fun work environment. Team approach. Great learning environment with experienced practitioners. Responsibilities & Expectations Use a private office to discuss cases with team members. Complete paperwork on an online platform. Cultivate business to keep your caseload as full as possible. Assess clients and determine the root cause of their underlying issues. Apply evidence‑based physiotherapy with appropriate practice models and outcome measures. Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Work well with the team and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude. Qualifications Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Interest/experience in musculoskeletal and manual therapy. Ready to cultivate business to maintain caseload. Keen interest in developing a hands‑on orthopedic and manual therapy career, including attending courses. Competency in evidence‑based physiotherapy. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Team‑player attitude. Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Salary range: CA$80,622.00 – CA$118,246.00 (depending on experience). #J-18808-Ljbffr
