Physiotherapist – Champlain Rehab Solutions We offer high‑quality, client‑centered physiotherapy services across Ottawa, retirement homes and community settings. Our team values independence, flexibility and teamwork. Compensation Estimated annual earning potential: $80,000 – $130,000 (actual earnings may vary based on availability and service volumes). Key Areas of Accountability Assess clients using interviews, standardized and informal assessment techniques in accordance with professional practice guidelines. Implement client interventions based on assessment information, client input and the integrated care plan. Ensure services are best practice, evidence‑based and evaluated through valid and reliable outcome measures. Attend client‑related meetings to report on assessment findings and discuss plans for intervention, progress reports and discharge as required. Coordinate delivery of care through ongoing communication with all members of the client’s team. Document all assessment findings, treatment plans, progress and discharge summaries as required by the profession, referral source and the organization. Prepare statistical records of client care and related activities as required by VHA, the Ministry of Health and other agencies. Adhere to the code of ethics of the profession and maintain standards of practice for the Ontario College of Physiotherapists. Required Qualifications Baccalaureate or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized school. Registered, in good standing, with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in the community. Relevant specialized courses to support clinical expertise. Clinical experience with a variety of physiotherapy interventions. Knowledge of community care requirements and available resources. Excellent consultation and teaching skills, utilizing an evidence base in clinical practice.
