THIS POSITION STARTS AS PART TIME AND WILL TURN INTO FULL TIME ONCE YOUR CASE LOAD FILLS UP.

We are currently looking for a physiotherapist with a keen interest in Orthopedics to join our ever growing clinic. We have a Team approach to care using a model that supports Physiotherapists, RMTs, and Dietitians. You will have a private office to discuss cases with the Team and do your paperwork (which is an on-line platform).We are located in the fastest growing suburb in Ottawa and have a steady flow of new patients, as we have been in the town for over 17 years. We have excellent ties to the community and are located within a plaza that has great anchor stores for client traffic: A massive Good Life Fitness Gym, a Tim Hortons, and a massive Farm Boy.

We offer:

Highly paid position. Base guaranteed salary with monthly performance bonuses that can add up to $30,000 a year extra in pay.

We will consider candidates who are seasoned practitioners or new grads for this full time position.

· Physiotherapist Skills and Qualifications:

· Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

· Musculoskeletal and Manual Therapy interest / experience necessary

· Ability to cultivate business in order to keep your caseload as full as possible

· A keen interest in developing a career that focuses on hands on techniques and attending orthopedic and manual therapy courses.

· Have the ability to assess a client and determine the root cause of the their underlying issue.

· Competence in the practice of evidence based physiotherapy, with the application of appropriate practice models and outcome measures.

· Good time management and organizational skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Fun to work with and a Team player.
