Operations Manager – Security Technology Startup GuestTek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to establish and optimize processes for our new security business. The role involves designing workflows, implementing operational frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration of security technologies in hotel environments. The candidate will work closely with leadership and technical teams to create scalable systems that support growth and compliance. Key Responsibilities Design and implement operational processes for a new security business from the ground up. Create SOPs for service delivery, installation, and maintenance of security technology. Develop end-to-end workflows for deploying security tech in hotels, including onboarding, training, and support. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for efficiency and scalability. Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure smooth implementation of security solutions in hotel environments. Translate technical requirements into operational processes. Ensure processes meet industry standards, legal requirements, and client expectations. Align operations with business goals by working with leadership, sales, and customer success teams. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive improvements and cost efficiencies. Qualifications 5+ years in operations management, preferably in security, technology, or hospitality sectors. Proven track record of building processes for startups or new business units. Strong understanding of process design and workflow optimization. Familiarity with security technology and hotel operations is a plus. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
