As a Technology Manager at PathCAN, you will lead our technology strategy and manage the IT infrastructure to support our mission. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions, managing IT resources, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Manage IT projects, including software development, systems integration, and network security.
- Lead the IT team, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Ensure the reliability and security of IT systems and data.
- Stay updated on modern technology trends and innovations relevant to our business.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in IT management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing technology teams.
- Expertise in network security, data management, and software development.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
