Work setting Business services Responsibilities Tasks Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate Identify customers’ needs Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate and the development of marketing strategies Plan and manage the facility's operations budget Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment Resolve product and service related problems Troubleshoot problems related to equipment Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists Supervision Staff in various areas of responsibility Experience and specialization MS Excel MS Office MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS Word Monitoring and tracking software Area of specialization Shipping and receiving Security and surveillance system Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Attention to detail Hand-eye co-ordination Ability to distinguish between colours Combination of sitting, standing, walking Own tools/equipment Computer Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Organized Reliability Team player Accurate DependabilityFlexibility Initiative Judgement Positive attitude Punctuality Benefits Health benefits Dental plan Health care plan Vision care benefits Financial benefits Life insurance Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) #J-18808-Ljbffr
