Base pay range CA$65.00/hr - CA$75.00/hr Our client in the finance industry is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager, of Marketing Planning & Delivery to drive sustained and profitable revenue growth by planning, developing, and delivering impactful customer engagement marketing programs. As a key member of the Marketing Planning and Delivery function, you'll be instrumental in leading full-funnel marketing planning and executing benefit-led campaigns that help achieve strategic business objectives. This role involves supporting marketing objectives to refine and set annual and quarterly marketing plans, and actively leading and executing engagement strategies for a credit card portfolio. You will take a customer-focused approach, leveraging insights from market research and data analysis to establish the strategic direction for campaigns. This is a 12-month contract position that requires the talent to work at our client's office in downtown Toronto on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities Champion a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader business knowledge and systems. Collaborate closely with Customer Journey management groups within Marketing to plan and execute customer-driven action plans and programs using an agile, squad-led methodology. Monitor consumer sentiment, market conditions, competitive activity, and short-term demand opportunities to increase the agility of planning processes and budget deployment flexibility. Lead and execute engagement strategies across the credit card portfolio, including rule-based, segment-focused hyper-targeting programs across multiple owned and paid channels to promote a seamless client experience. Analyze and leverage insights from market research and data analysis to establish the strategic direction of benefit-led campaign briefs. Apply a deep understanding of business partner needs, ensuring full buy-in and participation from multiple business, channel, and marketing partners in a highly matrixed environment. Collaborate with Journey Management groups to establish efficient workflows, ensuring clarity of roles and accountability across practices. Support the development and deployment of creative assets across all touchpoints, agnostic of media channel. Create, maintain, and update new product marketing collateral, such as brochures, and support client engagement events, leading the relationship with the events team to drive product objectives. Champion proper usage of the brand in full compliance with global brand guidelines and visual identity continuum. Actively pursue effective and efficient operations, ensuring adherence to day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk. Requirements Exposure to the Agile methodology. Expertise in driving performance growth across multiple dimensions and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Deep knowledge of the marketing technology stack. Authentic, decisive, resilient, highly collaborative, and results-oriented professional.
