In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, enhance sales performance, and manage a successful team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences to our clients. Your leadership will contribute to the success of key business initiatives while upholding company standards.5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.Ability to travel and work weekends.Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.Assistant Store ManagerWe are seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to join our team at Loro Piana. As a client advisor, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of the store by driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
