Responsibilities include developing strategic communications plans with internal clients and the areas this professional will attend directly, as well as supporting the Delivery team by providing guidance for execution and ensuring the deliverables. This role also partners with senior leaders to provide strategic communications guidance and with other business partners to ensure the global communications team is well positioned to deliver all needed.What will you do?Develop strategic communication plans for internal and external audiences that build Mosaic’s brand and reputation, while also driving employee pride and engagement supporting the areas attended by this position directly and supporting others as needed. Partner closely with Delivery team to ensure the deliverables and timing are being reached.Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Develop, execute and manage communication strategies for areas attended by this role that align with and support the overall goals of the organization.Lead or significantly contribute to the success of complex communications events, such as: acquisitions, restructures, leadership meetings, external stakeholder receptions, activation events, etc.What do you need for this role?Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Journalism or related degree required5+ years of experience working in a corporate public affairs or marketing department in a global organization requiredSuperior writing abilityExperience working with and advising senior leaders on communication strategies and best practicesExperience developing and implementing communications plans, and leading large, global, cross functional communications-related projectsExperience working across multiple communications channels, including videoExperience communicating to diverse internal and external audiencesExperience in preparing press releases, speeches and presentationsAbility to connect specific initiatives to larger corporate prioritiesStrong computer skills, which includes proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Self-confident and strong attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent facilitation and listening skillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsHighly professional demeanor and must have diplomacy skillsAbility to create effective partnerships at all levels of the organizationStrong business acumenWell-organized with superior follow-throughDemonstrated analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skillsAbility to adapt to a continually changing business and work environmentAbility to resolve complex issues and handle multiple deadlines and prioritiesMust demonstrate sound judgment and decisivenessAbility to travel within U.S., Canada and elsewhere as neededWhat's in it for you:A competitive base salary + bonus incentives11 paid holidays each yearA generous 401k with a company match and annual company contributions (US candidates)A generous retirement and savings program with a company match(Canadian candidates)Paid sick leavePaid vacation timeA robust benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, life & disability (US candidates)A robust flexible benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, Vision, life & disability insurance (Canadian candidates)Employee and Family Assistance ProgramTuition reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
