Sales Manager - Forestry and Construction Division Mississauga Construction and Forestry Division Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the wholegoods department at their Mississauga Construction and Forestry branch. This is a key leadership role focused on driving sales growth, profitability, and long term customer success. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and profit goals for the wholegoods department Meet asset management goals related to inventory turn, aging, and protection of company assets Maintain the right inventory mix to support sales and market share objectives Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to create a motivated and high performing workforce Support long term market share goals for both the manufacturer and the organization Monitor competitive activity and provide input on opportunities and market pressures Assist in managing branch account receivables in partnership with internal credit and operations leaders Complete additional duties as required Required Skills Strong relationship building skills with internal teams, partners, and customers Confident decision making in financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting Strong critical thinking, analytical ability, and sound judgment Ability to travel as needed; a recent drivers abstract will be required Required Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Minimum seven years of experience in a sales management role Heavy equipment industry experience is strongly preferred Salary Range $75-85K + Bonus - $120-140K OTE If you are a people focused leader with a passion for driving sales performance and building strong teams, we want to hear from you.
