Manager, Customer Segments (Students)

Join our team as the Manager for the Students Customer Segment. You'll drive the growth of our student banking portfolio through innovative strategies and partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain student customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer data to create compelling value propositions.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Digital, Compliance, Analytics, Frontline) to implement strategies.
  • Monitor partnership performance and align with business goals.
  • Develop and deliver marketing content and communication templates.
  • Drive innovation and continuously improve the segment program.
  • Communicate results and strategies to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Segments, Strategy, or Partnerships in retail banking or financial services.
  • Banking experience is required for this role
  • Proven track record in negotiating and closing partnership deals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing customer strategies and value propositions.
  • Strong quantitative skills and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel preferred.
