You can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Corporate team as Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor.Manage the full recruitment cycle for salaried positions (plant and corporate), from identifying the need with the manager and HR, all the way to the offer or hireCollaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and advise them on market trends and candidate profilesEnsure a high level of service quality and an optimal candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment processMonitor and audit performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure standards are met and to identify areas for improvementMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the ATS, ensuring alignment and consistency in recruitment practicesWrite attractive and relevant job postings and advertisements; collaborate with the talent attraction team to develop the best visibility strategiesDevelop tailored sourcing strategies and conduct searches using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etcContinuously develop your expertise by building your network, increasing visibility on social media, and participating in recruitment events.Bring out the best in yourselfEvery day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission.
