Our FYidoctors clinic in Ottawa‑Orleans is looking for a Bilingual Patient Services Specialist to join our full‑time team (30–40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday). Key Responsibilities Warmly greet patients as they enter the clinic. Check patients in and out of the office. Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and by email. Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing, and payments. Administer pre‑testing services. Uphold excellent customer‑service standards. Qualifications Bilingual in English and French. Customer‑facing experience, preferably in a retail environment. Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment. High level of comfort using technology and computers; proficiency in MS Office Suite. Professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people.
