Join our Nurse Practitioner team Responsibilities Direct clinical care for a designated group of inpatients as part of an interdisciplinary team. Engage in short‑term and long‑term care planning in collaboration with the inter‑professional team. Coordinate transitions of care and manage older adult patients admitted to the Hospitalist program, particularly those with sub‑acute conditions and complex chronic care needs. Work autonomously at a high level while consulting and making appropriate referrals to physicians and other healthcare team members as needed. Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner licence in British Columbia. Experience managing behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia is an asset. Ability to work independently and collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals. Hours and Scheduling 08:00 – 20:00, rotating schedule, including weekends, statutory holidays, and potential on‑call shifts. Salary Range $74.74 /hour – $82.21 /hour. Interior Health establishes salaries within the minimum and maximum of the salary range based on qualifications and experience of the applicant.
