Services include general checkups, chronic disease management, reproductive and sexual health, disease prevention, mental health and wellness, and children’s health. Care is available to patients who are attached to a family doctor or nurse practitioner at the clinic. Health Promotion: Lead health promotion activities and screenings, focusing on at-risk populations to prevent illness and promote well-being. Education and Mentorship: Facilitate interdisciplinary education through case presentations, mentoring, and collaboration in clinical and community settings. Support continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Policy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate policies related to nursing, interdisciplinary care, and health system practices.
