Patients can receive care from their primary care provider—either a family doctor or a nurse practitioner—and their teams. Services include general checkups, chronic disease management, reproductive and sexual health, disease prevention, mental health and wellness, and children’s health. Care is available to patients who are attached to a family doctor or nurse practitioner at the clinic. Leadership and Supervision: Lead and guide other nursing and healthcare personnel. Provide education, supervision, and performance evaluations to support professional development. Research and Innovation: Contribute to research aimed at enhancing patient care and advancing nursing practices. Participate in initiatives to influence healthcare policies and population health strategies. Health Promotion: Lead health promotion activities and screenings, focusing on at-risk populations to prevent illness and promote well-being. Education and Mentorship: Facilitate interdisciplinary education through case presentations, mentoring, and collaboration in clinical and community settings. Support continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Policy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate policies related to nursing, interdisciplinary care, and health system practices.
