Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a IT - Project Control Officer V for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location. Responsibilities RAID log management – Ingestion of Risk/Action/Issue/Decision items, maintain coherency/currency of the RAID log Reporting – support consolidation / Preparation of reporting materials (Weekly status report, ESC materials, ad-hoc requests) Interdependency Management – support consolidation/Tracking of interdependencies across project workstreams as well as outside or project Financial Management – support consolidation of monthly costs forecasts, tracking of actual spend and analysis of variances between forecast and actuals Project change control – Maintain PCR list and action related tasks/activities Artifact management – Organize/track/index required artifacts Schedule Management – support tracking and reporting on identified tasks/deliverables/milestones, highlight/escalate slippages for action/attention JN -Identify, mitigate and resolve risks. Maintain coherency/currency of RAID logs Requirements 5-7+ yrs. exp. as a Project Mgr. using PDLC (Program Development Life Cycle) methodology (from...) Client facing exp. presenting to high level mgt., combined with superior communication skills Exp. building delivery plans, tracking of RAID log items & reporting project status Software: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project (must haves), Clarity and SharePoint assume that candidates would have in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) Methodology Knowledge (PDLC, Agile, Hybrid), Project Monitor and Control Activities (Schedule Management, Reporting, RAID Management, Financial Management etc.) Soft Skills: Clear Communication, managing stakeholders, ability to work with ambiguity/limited direction, ability to work independently Experience in JIRA and Confluence 5 years Experience with managing financial forecasting, tracking and actuals 5 years Banking experience 5 years Intermediate PA 1 and PA 2– Business/Tech Projects Why Should You Apply?
