We’re building a thriving organization that’s purpose driven and still want to remember what your favourite milkshake flavour is.ResponsibilitiesReconcile data from 3rd party applications such as Dext, Wagepoint, Plooto, etc.Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements in QuickBooks OnlineReconcile and review sales dataReview accounts receivable/accounts payable and process using 3rd party applicationsReconcile Monthly Vendor StatementsReview payroll time entries and process payrollRun GST/HST/PST reports, review audit trail and file reports with CRAPrepare T4 returnsSet up client files, assist with the completion of budgets and complete administrative planning and other aspects of cloud Bookkeeping workPerform/assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processesExperience with prepaids, amortization and intercompany transactions preferredPerform basic financial analysisPrepare basic analytical reports and cash flow statementsParticipate in client discovery callsCollaborate with clients on a regular basisTrain and mentor junior colleaguesAbout Doane Grant ThorntonDoane Grant ThorntonIf you’re a bit like us, you’re driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking.
