The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be able to perform a variety of accounting tasks with precision and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Coding and entering invoices on a timely basis Preparing cheque runs Weekly cash management Responding to vendor and internal enquiries regarding variances/ outstanding payments Process accounts payable and receivable transactions. Prepare and maintain financial records and reports. Reconcile bank statements and financial data. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes relating to billing and accounts payable About You Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. 1-2 years of proven accounting experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
