Employment Type: Contract, 12 months to start
Work arrangement: Initial 3 months -5 days onsite, after that 3 days from office, 2 days remote

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join a financial services team supporting KYC and Client Onboarding operations.
This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone with 0–2 years of experience who is interested in building a career in banking operations, data administration, and client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter approved counterparty data into internal KYC and database systems
- Set up and maintain counterparty records in front-office and back-office systems
- Run daily reconciliation reports and flag data discrepancies for review
- Support client onboarding activities, including system access and address updates
- Process account and client record closures as instructed
- Track and process Patriot Act certificate renewals
- Collect, capture, and validate W-8 and W-9 tax forms
- Support the processing of Prime Brokerage documentation
- Set up and maintain USD Fed Wire transfer templates
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in internal systems
- Follow established procedures and escape issues when required
- Complete mandatory training and maintain required competencies
What We're Looking For
- University degree or equivalent
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Banking, financial services, back-office, data administration, or operations experience is preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a small team
Nice to Have
- Exposure to banking or financial institution systems
- Experience with data entry, reconciliation, or document processing
- Basic understanding of KYC or client onboarding processes
- Understanding of tax certification forms such as W-8/W-9
