The Revenue organization drives top‑line growth through merchant relationships, strategic partnerships, and go‑to‑market excellence. Account Executives, Client Success Managers, and Partner Managers acquire, retain and expand relationships across eCommerce, in‑store, telesales, and the app, connecting merchants and consumers through our honest financial products. The Revenue Operations & Analytics (ROA) organization enables the success of these field teams. ROA delivers insights, processes and tools that empower go‑to‑market teams to create value‑added solutions, drive adoption and fuel growth. The Content Enablement Manager is an individual contributor within the GTM Enablement team, part of ROA. The GTM Enablement team builds the foundation for growth by designing narratives, materials and processes that allow field teams to scale effectively. What You’ll Do Lead narrative development: Take full ownership of copy, structure and creative direction for core pitch materials that articulate our value across pricing, competitive positioning and strategic differentiation. Deliver actionable competitive insights: Aggregate and synthesize competitive intelligence to inform positioning and sales strategies, enabling field teams with data‑driven battlecards and slides. Elevate sales content with data: Source and integrate industry research, product metrics, market data and internal data to enhance credibility and impact of all enablement materials. Orchestrate strategic proposals: Manage RFP software and coordinate key merchant proposals and responses, producing scalable messaging aligned with merchant priorities and growth goals. Partner cross‑functionally: Collaborate with Revenue, Product Marketing and Analytics to ensure consistent, insight‑driven storytelling and enablement. Stay ahead of trends: Monitor industry, macroeconomic and regulatory developments, weaving timely insights into go‑to‑market messaging. What We Look For 6+ years of B2B marketing, enablement or client‑facing experience in fintech, payments, BNPL or high‑growth SaaS. Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and executive‑level materials that drive engagement and outcomes. Exceptional written and verbal skills with a keen eye for clarity, structure and visual storytelling. Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives blending data, creativity and commercial strategy. Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to support and refine persuasive messaging. Ability to adapt quickly, take initiative and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Base Pay Grade – L Equity Grade – 5 Employees new to Affirm typically start at the lower end of the pay range. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits such as 100 % subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents. Employees may also be eligible for equity rewards offered by the holding company. CAN base pay range per year: $125,000 – $175,000 Affirm is a remote‑first company. The majority of roles are remote and you can work from almost anywhere within the country of employment. Occasional travel to an assigned office may be required.
