**Job Summary**
The DMS Group is seeking an **Event Coordinator & Content Creator** to join our team. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to shape the lifestyle and culture of our luxury property while showcasing our brand across social media platforms.

**Event Coordination**
- Plan, organize, and execute resident events that promote engagement, foster community, and reflect the luxury lifestyle of The King William Rentals.
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to conceptualize events that align with the property's branding and resident interests.
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to encourage resident participation and engagement in events.
- Serve as the on-site host for events, engaging with residents and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate success and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Maintain an events calendar, coordinating with property schedules and community initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with residents to understand their needs and create a tailored resident experience.

**Content Creation**
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to capture, edit, and share engaging photo and video content that highlights the community lifestyle, events, and property features.
- Plan and manage content calendars with support from the Marketing Team.
- Create high-quality photo and video content using iPhone and DSLR cameras, showcasing authentic and vibrant moments at The King William Rentals.
- Write compelling copy that aligns with The King William Rentals’ brand tone and style.
- Actively engage with residents and followers who interact with our social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Support influencer collaborations and partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and features, adapting strategies to optimize engagement.
- Organize and maintain digital files for easy access and collaboration within the Marketing Team.
- Attend and document resident events, construction milestones, and community moments for social sharing.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in event planning or content creation, preferably within luxury residential or hospitality settings.
- Proven ability to plan and execute events, manage budgets, and coordinate logistics.
- Experience in social media management, with expertise in platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong creative skills, with a portfolio demonstrating versatility in photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, Canva, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for building community and fostering relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable demeanor and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
