About the Position Reporting to the Vice President, Asset Management, the Leasing Manager will work closely with Senior Management on the office and retail portfolio in Southwestern Ontario. A successful candidate is a team player, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will assist in the leasing for both new and existing tenants. Location Requirement This position can be based out of any of our Southwestern Ontario site offices (Kitchener, London, Sarnia, Windsor) but must be willing to commute to all locations as needed. What You’ll Do Responsible for office and retail leasing in the portfolio across Southwestern Ontario. Markets include Kitchener, London, Sarnia and Windsor Negotiate financial terms of leasing proposals, offers and leases to achieve optimum value and prepare proposals / offers Demonstrate excellent sales / leasing skills, continuously seeking to minimize vacancy and achieve leasing targets Maintain and establish strong relationships and ongoing contact with brokers, tenants and prospective tenants Strategically plan broker functions for the purpose of marketing space and maintaining business relationships Compile market research including occupancy reports, recent transactions, new development Tour prospective tenants through available suites Work collaboratively with property management, operations and construction to confirm negotiation terms and seamlessly transition new tenants Ad hoc projects as needed Minimum Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in the office leasing Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel Experience in Yard Voyager is considered a strong asset Solid understanding of and ability to interpret commercial real estate documents Proven verbal and written communications, networking and relationship-building skills are a requirement Ability to travel within Ontario Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Management Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Europro by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
