Accounting Manager

Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager oversees all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting. This role leads financial statement preparation, internal controls, and period‑end closings, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. It is a key driver of continuous improvement, helping build a unified reporting structure for IMT Precision, collaborating with corporate and divisional partners, and promoting financial best practices. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated leader with strong initiative, ready to make a strategic and tactical impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
