RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a delivery-focused role, and the candidate needs to have a rich blend of DE/reporting skills and hands-on experience
Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level engineering solution designs
Present analytic solutions to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value
Responsible for managing Data Engineering/Reporting projects, collaborating with client stakeholders and Tiger's team situated globally
Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights
Responsible for making presentations to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and developing plans to help operationalize the analytic solution

Requirements
Strong hands on proficiency in SQL/Snowflake/PBI - about 40-50% expectation will be hands-on work
Experience in leading mid-sized teams (offshore leverage will be at 3-6 people) for DE/Reporting workstreams
Should be able to review team deliverables, guide team on best practices and liaise with TA internal SMEs as required for inputs
Experience in Agile based team management (setting up boards, task allocation and tracking)
Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills
