Description du poste : Le représentant optométrique sur le terrain visitera les clients pour soutenir la croissance de notre entreprise au sein du portefeuille de marques et thérapeutique de Labtician. Le représentant s'associera à des pratiques optométriques sélectionnées pour améliorer la discipline du syndrome de l’œil sec au sein de ces pratiques. Le représentant couvrira des comptes ciblés et se concentrera sur l'amélioration des résultats cliniques des patients atteints du syndrome de l’œil sec tout en aidant également la pratique à atteindre ses objectifs financiers.

Le représentant se concentrera sur les comptes clés ciblés et mettra en œuvre des plans de compte qui développeront l'activité au sein de ces comptes. Le candidat retenu doit être parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français) et avoir une forte orientation commerciale et des compétences en vente consultative.


Responsabilités :

  • Stimuler les ventes des produits de marque Labtician et du portefeuille de produits thérapeutiques.
  • Développer et exécuter des plans d'affaires territoriaux, y compris l'identification des comptes cibles en fonction de la stratégie marketing.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel clé pour développer leur base de patients et leurs sources de revenus grâce à l'utilisation des réseaux sociaux, du commerce électronique, de la conversion des patients et de l'amélioration de l'expérience des patients pour améliorer les performances et la longévité de la pratique.
  • Favoriser des relations consultatives solides avec les comptes cibles et le personnel associé.
  • Organiser régulièrement des formations pour le personnel sur les équipements de diagnostic et les produits thérapeutiques de Labtician.


Compétences requises :

  • Autonome et débrouillard avec un bilan de performances de vente de premier plan et au moins une année d'expérience en vente B2B.
  • Compétences solides en établissement de relations, en vente consultative et en vente entre pairs.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et créatif, capacité à travailler dans un environnement flexible et rapide.
  • Orientation client avec la capacité de développer et de maintenir des relations.
  • Esprit axé sur les performances et les résultats avec une propension à l'action pour stimuler les ventes et développer la base de clients.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes et les leaders d'opinion clés.
  • Niveau élevé d'organisation et de gestion du temps.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale, écrite et interpersonnelle - doit être parfaitement bilingue (anglais et français).


Qualifications minimales :

  • Diplôme B.A. ou B.Sc. ou combinaison équivalente d'expérience et d'éducation.
  • Minimum d'un an d'expérience pratique en vente (idéalement au moins un an en vente B2B) et de préférence dans l'industrie optique, optométrique, pharmaceutique ou des dispositifs médicaux.
  • Preuve de performances de vente de premier plan.
  • Expérience et connaissances préférées dans les domaines suivants :
  • Principes et concepts généraux de vente/marketing dans le domaine de la santé.
  • Compréhension large des pratiques optométriques.
  • Flexibilité pour les déplacements régionaux requise (~ 35%).

We are presently recruiting for an Optometric Sales Representative in Quebec. This is a full-time, field-based role based in Montreal. The field representative will grow our business in Montreal, the North Shore and the greater Ottawa Region.

 

About the Company:

Our team is expanding and seeking out passionate, highly skilled, team-oriented individual to be part of our growing organization. This role reports to the National Sales Director and also receives context and coaching from a Quebec-based market leader.

Job Description:

 

The Optometric Field Representative will visit customers to support the growth of our business within Labtician branded and therapeutic portfolio. The representative will partner with select Optometry practices to enhance a Dry Eye discipline within those practices. The representative will cover targeted accounts, focus on enhancing clinical outcomes in Dry Eye patients while also helping the practice achieve their financial goals.

 

The representative will focus on target key accounts and implement account plans that grow the business within those accounts. The successful candidate must be fluently bilingual (English and French) and have a strong sales focus & consultative selling skills.  

 

Responsibilities:

 

·        Drive top line sales of Labtician and the therapeutic product portfolio

·        Development and execution of Territory Business Plans, including identification of target accounts, based on marketing strategy

·        Work closely with key staff to expand their patient base and revenue streams, through the use of social media, e-commerce, patient conversion and improved patient experience to enhance practice performance and longevity

·        Foster strong consultative relationships with target accounts and associated staff

·        Conduct regular staff training on diagnostic equipment, Labtician and therapeutic products

 

 

Required Skills:

 

·        Resourceful self-starter with a proven track-record of top sales performance with a minimum of one-year B2B selling experience

·        Strong relationship, rapport building, and peer to peer & consultative selling skills

·        Entrepreneurial, creative mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

·        Customer-focused with the ability to develop and maintain relationships

·        Performance-driven, results-oriented mindset with bias for action to drive sales and grow customer base

·        Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders & Key Opinion Leaders

·        A high level of organization and time management skills

·        Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills - must be fluently bilingual (English and French)

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

·        B.A. or B.Sc. degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

·        Minimum of 1 years of practical experience in sales (ideally at least one year in B2B sales) and preferably in the Optical, Optometric, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.

·        Demonstrated top sales performance

·        Preferred experience and knowledge with:

o  general sales/marketing principles and concepts within the healthcare environment

o  broad understanding of Optometric practices

·        Flexibility for regional travel is required (~ 35%)
