Titre du poste : Analyste FP&A Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) analyste FP&A pour rejoindre une entreprise solide, en pleine croissance, qui joue un rôle clé dans son secteur. Ce poste stratégique vous positionnera directement auprès de l’équipe de direction pour soutenir les prises de décisions grâce à des analyses financières rigoureuses, des projections et des recommandations éclairées. Responsabilités Principales Analyser les résultats financiers et opérationnels pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques. Préparer des rapports de gestion, des prévisions et des analyses de rentabilité. Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour valider les données, optimiser les processus et générer de la valeur. Participer activement au processus budgétaire, aux suivis de coûts, et aux évaluations de performance. Développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord de performance et des outils de suivi. Documenter certains processus pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'équipe. Profil recherché Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en finance, FP&A ou comptabilité de gestion. Formation universitaire en finance, comptabilité ou domaine connexe. Maîtrise d’Excel (Power Query, tableaux croisés, formules complexes). Capacité à vulgariser les enjeux financiers, à travailler en équipe et à gérer les priorités. Title CPA : un atout. Français courant, anglais fonctionnel à avancé requis.
