Customer Experience Associate - Complexe St-Amable (Full Time) Join the Customer Experience Associate role at TD located in Québec, Quebec, Canada. This full‑time position requires 37.5 hours per week and is within the Personal & Commercial Banking line of business. Job Description At TD Canada Trust, we build lasting relationships with our customers by performing a broad range of customer service transactions and providing information and advice on products and services. In this role, you will process financial transactions, understand customer needs, resolve concerns, promote banking solutions, and contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment. Responsibilities Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. Determine customer needs and recommend solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities as necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner. Advise customers on banking solutions and processes, building a positive customer experience. Promote team effectiveness and participate in personal performance development. Respect coworkers, stay dedicated, and keep everyone up to date on routine activities. Recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications High school diploma and/or 1+ year of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. Go‑getter with initiative, accuracy, detail orientation, and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities. Dynamic communicator with customer experience skills, connecting verbally and in writing with different people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
