Perform accurate data entry on customer files. Complete weekly mailouts (approximately 250 per week). Assist in coordinating functions and events. Engage in continuous self‑development through industry and community involvement. What You Bring Intermediate typing speed and data entry skills. 1+ years in a fast‑paced reception/switchboard role. Ability to identify and implement best practices for administrative tasks. Superior multi‑tasking skills in a deadline‑driven environment. Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal. Details Hours: 20 hours per week – 10:00 am – 2:00 pm or 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, 5 days per week. Location: Cochrane, AB. Hourly Rate: $19 – $24 /HR. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Part‑time. Job function: Administrative. Industry: Insurance.
