We promote a healthy work-life balance that prioritizes family, and safeguards your physical, emotional and mental health.About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Rep to uncover and generate sales leads either by cold calling, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), emailing, etc. Candidate will be responsible for researching and influencing potential customers to purchase and implement our QMS products and services. A successful Business Development Rep must be friendly, persuasive and driven. You must be able to understand the prospect’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.Job Responsibilities:Research and generate leads by identifying quality management decision makers within small, mid and large-sized companiesTelephone prospecting and social media outreach to qualify leads from email campaign drill backs, ZoomInfo, Web traffic, etc.Call into existing prospect and customer database to generate net new and aftermarket leads and pass on sales teamExpectation: 50 outgoing phone calls per day, with email follow-up; create 12-16 Quality leads per monthCall existing prospects and customers to encourage their attendance to regularly scheduled sales webinars and user conferencesDevelop monthly marketing content for outreach messaging to prospects and customers alikeAnswer incoming calls from prospective customersUse scripts to provide information about our product’s features, upcoming sales webinars and present key benefitsAsk qualifying questions to understand the prospect’s requirementsPersuade the prospect to take the next step by arranging a phone appointment using company webinar tool, or to register for a regularly scheduled sales webinarInput the prospect’s contact information accurately in our CRMGo the “extra mile” to meet lead quota and facilitate future salesManage social media posts on Linked-inAnalyze uniPoint survey results and compile/report on marketing metricsRequirements:English is primary languageProven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role with software companyKnowledge of QMS or ERP SoftwareProven track record in successfully meeting lead generation quotas via phoneExcellent communication and presentation skillsPersistent and results-orientedMarketing or business degree a plusOther Benefits:All Canadian Statutory Holidays2 Weeks Paid Vacation per yearAfter three-month probation period, enrollment in Company Benefits ProgramWorking on premise from our Winnipeg officeOnly candidates who are selected for an interview will be notified.
